Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Paid2Bet ("we", "us") for using www.paid2bet.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms, our Rules and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can play

• You must be 21 or older.
• You must follow the laws where you live. The site is void where prohibited, and it's your responsibility to make sure taking part is legal for you.
• One account per person. Accounts that share a person, PayPal address or device in order to get extra balances, prizes or cash outs may be closed, and their prizes and cash outs cancelled.

2. Your account

Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens on your account. Give us a real email address you can access. Pick a username that isn't offensive or misleading; we may change or remove one that is.

3. Your balances

• Free Bet Balance: free to play with and refilled under the rules shown on the site. It has no cash value and can't be cashed out, except where the site converts it to your Paid Bet Balance.
• Paid Bet Balance: can be cashed out to PayPal, subject to the minimum, the limits and the checks shown on the cash out page.
• Contest Balance: for the Monthly Contest only. It has no cash value.
• Bet limits, odds limits and other limits are shown on the site and in the Rules, and may change.

4. Bets, grading and errors

Bets are graded by the Rules (overtime, postponed games, pushes and corrections). If a line, score or result was clearly wrong because of a feed or technical error, we may correct the bet or cancel it and return the stake.

5. Contests and prizes

Contests (such as the Monthly Contest, the Streak Contest, Squares and Survivor) run by the rules on their pages and in the Contest Rules. Prizes are paid as described there. You're responsible for any taxes on what you win. We may ask you to confirm your identity before paying a prize or cash out.

6. Cash outs

Cash outs go to the PayPal address on your account, and only one account may use a PayPal address. We review cash outs before sending them and may hold or decline one that breaks these terms or the Rules; if we decline one, the amount goes back to your balance unless it came from a broken rule.

7. Full Access

Full Access is an optional paid membership, sold through Whop (whop.com) as a monthly or 12-month plan. It renews until you cancel; you can cancel through Whop at any time, and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. What Full Access includes is shown on the Full Access page and may change.

8. Fair play

Don't use more than one account, bots, scripts or automated tools; don't exploit bugs or errors; don't work with others to gain an unfair advantage; don't harass anyone in chat or messages; don't try to break into the site. If you do, we may cancel bets, prizes and cash outs, and suspend or close your account.

9. Picks and information

Picks, consensus numbers, odds, articles and other information on the site are for entertainment and information only. They are not financial or betting advice, and we don't guarantee they are accurate or complete.

10. Play responsibly

You can take a break from betting for a day up to permanently in your Profile. If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

11. Closing accounts

You can ask us to close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Rules.

12. The site "as is"

We work to keep the site running and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by outages, feed errors or events outside our control, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount in your Paid Bet Balance.

13. Changes

We may update these terms, the Rules and the site's features. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
