This Privacy Policy explains how Paid2Bet ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.paid2bet.com or use your Paid2Bet account. By using the site, you agree to this policy. Paid2Bet is for adults 21 and older.

Information we collect

• Account details: your username, email address and password (stored only in scrambled, one-way form, never as plain text), and your confirmation that you are 21 or older.
• Cash out details: the PayPal email address you give us to receive cash outs and prizes.
• Activity on the site: your bets, picks, contest entries, balances, prizes, cash outs and messages you send (support tickets, the contact form and chat).
• Payments: Full Access is paid through Whop (whop.com). Whop handles your card details; we receive only whether your membership is active and its plan.
• Technical information: your IP address, a device identifier, browser type and the times you sign up and log in. We use these to keep accounts secure and to enforce one account per person.
• Cookies: see "Cookies" below.

How we use it

• To run your account: placing and grading bets, keeping your balances, running contests and paying prizes and cash outs.
• To keep the site fair and safe: preventing duplicate accounts, fraud and abuse, and checking that cash outs go to the right person.
• To answer your support requests and messages.
• To send account emails you need, such as password resets, cash out updates and contest results.
• To send picks, streak alerts and offers only if you opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change this any time in your Profile.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

What others can see

Your username can appear publicly on leaderboards, in chat, on picks you share and on our payouts page. We never show your email address, real name or PayPal address to other players.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the site, and only what they need:

• Hosting and email: Amazon Web Services stores the site and its data and sends our emails.
• Payments: Whop for Full Access, and PayPal to send cash outs and prizes.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, to measure visits (it uses cookies; see below).
• Advertising: ad partners may show ads on the site and use cookies to do so. Full Access members don't see banner ads.
• When required: if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your settings and rotate the ads you see. Google Analytics and ad partners may set their own cookies to measure visits and show ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site needs its login cookie to keep you signed in.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. We keep records of bets, balances, prizes and cash outs for as long as needed to run the site, settle disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

Security

Your data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored in one-way scrambled form, and access to our systems is limited to the people who run the site. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password you don't use anywhere else.

Your choices

• Update your email, password and PayPal address in your Profile.
• Turn marketing emails on or off in your Profile, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Take a break from betting for a day up to permanently, in your Profile.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to close your account and delete what we don't have to keep, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law; we honor those requests.

Age

Paid2Bet is only for people 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has an account, contact us and we'll close it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a significant change, we'll let account holders know by email or on the site.
