FAQ
How bets are graded in each sport (overtime, postponed games, pushes…): see the betting rules.
What is the Paid Bet Balance?
Your Paid Bet Balance is your own money: deposits plus what your paid bets win. It's the only balance you can cash out.
How do I deposit?
On the Account tab, tap Deposit and pick an amount. The money goes into your Paid Bet Balance right away.
How do I place a paid bet?
Tap any line on the Bet tab. In the popup, under Bet with, pick Paid Bet Balance, enter your amount and tap Place Bet.
How much can I bet?
From $0.05 up to $5.00 per bet, with a $50 daily limit on paid bets. Free bets don't count toward it. There's no moneyline limit on paid bets.
What happens when a paid bet wins?
Your stake plus winnings go back to your Paid Bet Balance. The bet popup shows exactly what you'll receive back before you place it.
Where do I see my paid bets?
On the Account tab, open My bets and tap Paid. Pending shows bets waiting on a result; Completed shows won and lost bets with View bet. Every change to your balance is in the Balance list under Paid.
How do I cash out?
Add your PayPal address on the Profile tab and confirm your email, then tap Withdraw Paid Bet Balance on the Account tab. The smallest cash out is $5.00, and cash outs are in whole dollars ($1.00 steps). You can cash out up to $100.00 in any 90 days (prizes don't count toward this). Cash outs are usually sent within 1–2 business days after they're approved.
Can I add Free Bet Balance to my Paid balance?
Yes. Every $100.00 of Free Bet Balance converts into $1.00 of Paid Bet Balance. Tap Convert on the Account tab.
How do I read the game lines?
Spread is the points a team gives or gets. Moneyline is who wins: -150 means bet $1.50 to win $1, +130 means bet $1 to win $1.30. Total is over or under the combined score. Teams is over or under one team's score.
